Brandy's Catering Co. is more than just a catering company—it’s a labor of love, faith, and passion for exceptional food and service. Our journey began in 2018 in Princeville, NC, when we opened our first restaurant. Back then, you could find me, Brandy, working the front of the house with my 5-month-old daughter in a baby harness while my husband, 

Anthony, cooked up delicious dishes in the back.

Our start in the restaurant business was a leap of faith, made possible by the kindness and belief of a 98-year-old gentleman named Mr. Ed, who took a chance on us. Though the restaurant chapter eventually closed, it paved the way for something even greater. After twists, turns, and a global pandemic, we pivoted to a food truck, 

transforming it into the thriving catering business we are today.

Anthony, who grew up in his family’s Italian restaurant, brings decades of culinary experience, while I bring a passion for serving people and a fresh perspective on creating memorable events. Together, we’ve built a team that shares our love for great food and outstanding service, expanding from a husband-and-wife duo to a dedicated group of five.

At Brandy's Catering Co., our vision is rooted in faith—we work as if serving the Lord, involving God and Jesus in every part of our business. Our mission is to exceed expectations with fresh, flavorful food and a personal touch. Known for our North Carolina-style pulled pork and authentic Italian dishes, we pride ourselves on preparing everything fresh on-site in our mobile kitchen,

 ensuring a dining experience like no other.

We’re passionate about community, sourcing locally whenever possible, and supporting our neighbors in Eastern North Carolina. Every client we serve becomes part of our extended family. From intimate weddings to large corporate events, we pour our hearts into every detail to make each occasion special.

Our sauces are made in-house, our meats are smoked to perfection, and everything is prepared fresh at the event—no shortcuts, just love and dedication. Over the years, we’ve seen tremendous growth, but our proudest achievement remains the relationships we build with our clients and the smiles on their faces when everything comes together.
